Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

All mdf props must be installed into any bases prior to painting and checked for defects. We are unable to refund or replace any mdf prop after it has been used or painted in any circumstance. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

These items are sent with Parcelforce and may come in more than one parcel.

These are typically ready for shipping within 10-14 days, note that your order will only be sent when every item is ready for dispatch. If other items are required sooner ensure you order seperately.

All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispached the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.

Wholesale and signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with Pacel Force on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.

Collection can be arrange from our Leicestershire workshop.
