Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

These are cut to order in house and are generally ready for shipping within two to three days.

All delivered items are shipped standard 2-4 days service when purchased. If faster courier service is required please choose the shipping upgrade from the wholesale shop.

Shipping days do not include weekends, please be aware that due to Covid restrictions next day delivery cannot be guaranteed and on occasion may take two working days, please consider this when selecting your delivery date.

Collection from our Leicestershire warehouse is available between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday upon request.

Out of hours collection can be arranged, just ask.

All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispached the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with Parcelforce on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.

Wholesale and signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with Pacel Force on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.
