Our products only leave Nancy Loves after vigourous inspection.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be reused or resold.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us at your earliest convienience.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery and Collection
All balloon orders placed up to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, can be made and dispatched the following day or on the day specified at the checkout if you're planning ahead. All Balloons are shipped with our courier on a tracked 24 service. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us as additional charges apply.
Wholesale and signage orders are cut to order and generally shipped within 1-2 days. These are shipped with our courier on a tracked 24 service. Please note whilst every effort is made to get wholesale orders to you on your chosen day we may not be able to get them to you faster than stated.
MDF orders including clouds and moons, corals, and letter boxes please see individual items for shipping info.
Please note, your order will be sent together so if you order MDF items with discs and shapes, they will all be sent within 14 days. If you require part of your order earlier, please contact us.
